Since they have features of both genders, they are "allowed" to pick which gender they feel they most relate to. So they can say, "I FEEL female, I’ll be a female."
My question is, why are they allowed to choose that, but other people are not? If a non-hermaphrodite male says "I feel female" he is considered as sinning by many Christians.
But who is to say that the hermaphrodite has chosen right, just because he/she has chosen on the basis of feeling?
In the case of the non-hermaphrodite male who feels like a female inside, he is said to have chosen wrong.
How would you ever know if the hermaphrodite has chosen wrong?
Might he/she be sinning and not even know it?
prays to – even though the doctor chooses at a young age, it is understood that he may choose wrong. Later, if the person struggles with gender identity, it is understood that the doctor may have chosen wrong, and the person may make a switch.

Gender assignment is usually done at a very young age, in consultation between the doctors and the parents. Thinking that something like this would be left to adulthood is incredibly naive.
No one is ever raised a hermaphradite. It just doesn’t happen.

Nature is responsible for the emotions dealt to these types of people and for them to go against it because of a doctrine is for them not to be themselves which is going against the way god made them. There is no right or wrong sex for them to choose from.

In cases such as these it is between the individual and GOD. I pray anyone that has to make such a decision makes the one that is best for them. how could it be sin if it is a legitimate medical issue?

First line of reason something must be able to be understood. This question fails that test.
You are comparing apples and oranges.
But the way NOT all Churches in ALL instances say sex change is wrong.

For the TRUE hermaphrodite, where an invidivual actually has the medical/physical problem of resembling in some way both sexes so closely that it is extremely difficult to tell which he/she is, then choosing would be justified. He/she would make this choice very carefully with the help of his doctor and perhaps a good phsycologist.
But is is VERY rare for this to happen with adults. Almost all gender selection, when absolutely necesary is done when the child is very young and so it’s the parents who decide with a doctors advice.
But for a man who is clearly and physically a man (a non hermaphrodite) to choose something else would be to throw God’s choice back in His face. It would be disrespectful and ungrateful.

That’s between that individual and God. If there’s a relationship with Christ then likely there will be prayer about it on the part of that person. The Word says that we shouldn’t go against our conscience or the Spirit… if it passes these two tests, so to speak, then there shouldn’t be a worry over the issue.

maybe it’s a little test for them in this life, will they go there own way or, sit and ask God for his way(but all go there own way Romans 3:11-18)(my answer is they should sit and ask his way).

Humans developing seemingly 2 sexes actually has 1 more dominant sex than the other, and that is his or her sex. The other one is apparent but not very developed like the dominant one. Let us not question God’s intentions behind one’s sex, subsequently his/her gender. To alter your gender, or regret being a male or female just points out that one does not have a Lord in his/ her life. To say Lord is to submit to that authority.

Does the hermaphrodite have a uterus? Ovaries? Obviously female.

Hermaphrodites are different from Male/Female. If a person, clearly male, "feels" female and makes the switch this is a sin. Visa versa for females. If a Hermaphrodite "feels" one way or the other and then later switches, there would be no sin as gender/sex was not clearly established in the beginning. Therefore, there is no sin….and you can take that to the bank.

Matt 12:31 says:
All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. KJV
So if God forgives "ALL SIN", what’s the problem here?
