The only way you can understand the argument is to live the life style.

For those of us who do, the superiority of sexual responsibility over sexual irresponsibility is rather obvious. But if you want a hint, how about this one:

--Christians suffer the consequences of sex within the boundaries of marriage and can easily survive them
--Morons who can't control themselves suffer the consequences of sex OUTSIDE of marriage and have to face them alone. That's why most of them fail and try to create means of coping, such as abortion.

It's about controlling the passions of the body. It's not just a matter of sex, but also cravings for food, sleep, laziness, etc. The principle is that by denying a physical passion, your spiritual capacities become sharper and you increase in inner strength. For example, that's why a lot of Christians, particularly Orthodox and Catholic, will fast on certain days and before receiving communion.

Er, pro-sex? WTF is Pro-sex? and how on earth can any argument for chastity be Pro-sex if it is by nature the absence of sex? plus if you are er.. uh... "anti-sex" you are Pro-Last generation

All people should be "pro-sex" if they do not want us to go extinct.

and pro-body? what the HELL? as opposed to anti-body? it that like Destroy all bodies! DEATH TO ALL!

Again we are all "Pro-body"

Pro-body/sex:
1) God created us as sexual beings.
2) God introduced marriage to us with the first 2 humans (He brought the woman to Adam, as a father does his daughter today, bone of my bone etc. is known as wedding vows, Adam only had 1 wife).

Sex is meant to be within the relationship of a married couple:
Paul explains in 1 Corinthians that sex outside of marriage is actually the worst sin you can commit against yourself, for when you have sex somebody, you actually merge yourself with her. You've heard that analogy with the tree? You sleep with this girl who's slept with 10 other guys, so technically you're sleeping with them too...that argument originated in the context of AIDS. But similarly, because sex is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual, you actually merge with each person you have sex with.
One explanation of this is, in the TV show or movie "Highlander", when they chopped off their heads, they absorbed all the spirits of those whom their victim had killed. If 50 people, they absorb those 50 people's souls or something. Sex is kinda like that in the merging sense.
Another is, you're blue, she's red...primary colors. When you have sex, you each become purple. But you were only created to become purple. If you have sex with others, you keep mixing in other shades and colors, soon you don't know what color you are, or look like those blobs of play-doh with all the colors mixed into it...and they're so mixed in that you'll never get them back to their original colors.

So you see, Christianity isn't against sex...sex is awesome, feels great, and was created for our pleasure. Otherwise, it wouldn't feel so good (yes, I'm married).

Christianity is FOR sex, but it needs to be in the context in that which God had intended, which is marriage, if it's going to be blessed by God, and not sinful.
